Tension & Wireless Fever

The Young Girl Who Came to the OP
She came to the OP looking exhausted, disoriented, tired, with a headache and dizziness. As I was about to ask if she was feeling stressed, before I could even open my mouth, the answer to my unasked question came.
"I have no tension at all."
Hah… the lioness caught by the cub! I was taken aback.
"How did you figure out that these symptoms are caused by tension?" I asked eagerly.
"It's not that," she replied. "A patient of Dr. Jamal told me that if you go to him with these symptoms, he’ll prescribe medicine for tension. So, I told him first that I don’t have any tension!"
I held on to the table to stop myself from falling off my seat! I was at a loss for words. I missed the chance to argue as I sat there, bewildered!

The Man Who Requested His Own Discharge
He came in requesting a self-discharge from another hospital.
"What's the issue?" I asked.
"I was admitted to the hospital due to a fever."
"Do you still have the fever?"
"No..."
"Then why did you leave?"
"Sir, they told me about a fever I’d never heard of before. It scared me. Is it right to scare me like that? I’m the only one who has this fever!"
"What fever did they tell you about?"
"That... that... I really can’t remember the name..." He scratched his head.
"Dengue fever, malaria fever, typhoid fever... Was it one of those?" I asked.
"No, no..."
"Then what fever?"
"Ah, got it, got it! I remember the name now!" He exclaimed, almost proudly.
"What is it?" I asked with anticipation.
"Wireless fever, wireless fever!!!"
I almost fell off my seat!
"Wireless fever? Is there such a fever? Did you mean viral fever?"
"No, no, it’s not viral fever. It’s wireless fever!!!"
Once again, I almost toppled over in my seat.
Viral fever generally refers to a simple fever like a flu or stomach infection. Even if you don’t take medicine, it’ll pass on its own.
This time, he was startled, his face showing confusion.
"Well, you should have explained it in a way that people can understand, instead of just confusing someone!"
"Thank you, my friend, thank you, for teaching me a valuable lesson."
